This is a terrific vitamin salad that can be prepared at any time of the year. It is very easy and fast to make, and can be served with meat and garnish.
Ingredients:
300 g of red cabbage
2 carrots
Chinese cabbage
1 bell pepper
green onion
parsley
sesame
walnuts
Gas station:
3 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. honey
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Preparation:
Finely chop the straws: red cabbage, carrots, Chinese cabbage and bell peppers.
Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients listed above.
Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables and mix well. Add walnuts and sesame seeds, stir again.
The salad is ready! Bon appétit!
