Agimant Limited (Cyprus) of Ukrainian businessman Serhiy Tigipko after establishing sole control over Dealzone Holding Ltd. (Road Town, British Virgin Islands), which owned 98.657804% of shares of one of the largest enterprises for the manufacture of metal products in Ukraine, PrJSC Dneprometiz, transferred these shares directly to another company of the TAS Group – TAS Overseas Investments Limited (Cyprus).
“A legal entity – a non-resident of TAS Overseas Investments Limited (Nicosia, Cyprus) (…) directly acquired the dominant controlling stake in PrJSC Dneprometiz,” states the official information of the enterprise in the system of the National Commission for Securities and Stock Market (NSCSSM).
At the same time, it is noted that before acquiring the status of the dominant controlling stake in TAS Overseas Investments Limited, he did not own shares of the PrJSC, either directly or indirectly.
After receiving the dominant controlling stake in TAS Overseas Investments Limited, 1 million 209,742 thousand voting shares of PJSC Dneprometiz directly belong to, which is 98.657804% in the total number of shares of the company (authorized capital of PJSC) and 99.641625% in the total amount voting shares of the company.

Agimant Limited Tigipko indirectly acquired the dominant controlling stake in PJSC Dneprometiz by concluding an agreement with Sartorius Limited on December 29, 2020, on the basis of which Agimant Limited became the owner of 100% of the shares of Dealzone Holding Ltd, which owned 98, 6578% of shares of PJSC “Dneprometiz”.
October 8, 2020 – the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) allowed Agimant Limited to acquire sole control over Dealzone Holding Ltd.
In the state register, Tigipko is indicated as the beneficiary of Dneprometiz; earlier, Alexey Mordashov, co-owner of Severstal (RF), acted as the beneficiary.
In addition, it was reported that the AMCU on April 25, 2019, considered the issue of the purchase by the TAS group of the Dneprometiz enterprise from the sanctioned Severstal and admitted violations of the legislation on the protection of economic competition in the transaction, imposing a fine of UAH 55 million on the TAS group…
The Economic Court of Kiev overturned the decision of the AMCU on the imposition of a fine and refusal of this concentration, after which in 2020 this decision was confirmed by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court
“Dneprometiz” produces hardware products from low-carbon steels. The capacity of the enterprise is 120 thousand tons per year.
The company in 2019 reduced revenue by 24.8% – to UAH 1 billion 327.622 million and its net profit amounted to UAH 25.24 million compared to a net loss of UAH 7.46 million a year earlier.
