Social Share no longer supports the infamous WhatsApp messenger. The lack of synchronization was recorded after the last update of the messenger. The number of the update that provoked the problem is 2.21.1.13.

After the user has taken a photo using Google Camera, the photo appears in the preview column on the right. If you swipe up in a circle, a column of icons appears on the screen, and a click on an application launches the option to send an image to other users. Before the above-mentioned update, it was possible to share a picture via WhatsApp.
The mass distribution of version 2.21.1.13 of WhatsApp for Android devices began on Wednesday. This was preceded by several weeks of beta testing. Users who downloaded the update found the messenger icon disappeared from the list of Social Share applications on Pixel 4 and Pixel 5 smartphones. Google Camera version 8.1 was installed on both devices. At the same time, devices with the previous version of WhatsApp with the number 2.20.206.24 do not have this problem.
