In the cold season, some avoid daily bathing. However, many prefer not to give up the shower and take it only in the evening. Recent studies have shown that in the latter case, you can harm your health.
According to scientists, in winter there is no need to take a shower every day because the skin does not accumulate as much dust and dirt as in summer.
It turned out that daily bathing in hot water in the cold season causes dry skin. The fact is that the natural protective film is washed away, because of which the skin begins to crack and peel.
In addition, a daily shower washes away the beneficial bacteria that the skin produces to maintain its health. They create a protective barrier against various toxins. Dermatologists advise limiting the number of baths in winter to two or three times a week.
