Cream cheese from this simple recipe is very tasty and incredibly tender. It can be used in the preparation of various desserts, such as “Tiramisu”, to dress salads or spread on bread. But the best thing is that this cheese is very budget.
Ingredients:
kefir – 1 liter (2.5% fat)

preparation:
Take a packet of kefir and put it in the freezer until it is completely frozen.
Remove the kefir from the freezer, transfer to gauze, pre-folded in three layers, and hang over the bowl. When melted from room temperature heat, the whey will drain into a bowl, leaving a soft and tender cheese in the gauze.
It takes about 12 hours to keep it at all.
At the end of this time, remove the gauze, remove the finished cheese from it and transfer to a bowl.
In this cheese, you can add greens, your favorite spices, and use them as a spread for sandwiches. And if you add vanilla extract and powdered sugar – you will get a wonderful cream for the cake.
Do not rush to pour the whey, because it can be used to make very tasty pancakes.
