The sports crossover Urus, which became the first representative of this segment in the line of the Italian company Lamborghini, debuted about three years ago. Despite the fact that the model looks quite fresh and is still quite competitive, the manufacturer has already begun preparing its updated version.
Unfortunately, the company’s management was laconic and only confirmed the fact that work in this direction had begun. Recently, the novelty hit the lenses of photo spies. Its body was completely covered with camouflage, but some changes were still considered. To a greater extent, they touched the front. The lack of official information and full-fledged photos was taken advantage of by third-party artists who showed their own view of the novelty on the render.
In their opinion, the restyled Lamborghini Urus will receive a more “muted design”, without unnecessary pretentiousness, as much as possible in the case of a shocking Italian company. In particular, in the presented pictures, the grid has changed its filling and is now visually divided into two horizontal parts. The graphics of the air intakes and the front bumper have also been simplified. The headlights have retained their shape, but the graphics have become more interesting. It is expected that similar changes will be made to the rear of the car. They will affect the bumper and lights.
No upgrades are foreseen regarding the power plant. The crossover will continue to be powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 641 hp. and 848 Nm of torque, which allows you to gain 100 km / h in 3.5 seconds and accelerate to 305 km / h. However, there is unofficial information that the models will add a version with a hybrid powertrain.
