On Thursday, March 4, the Verkhovna Rada meeting will consider a number of legislative initiatives, including a bill on arms trafficking.

This is a document № 4335 “On the circulation of civilian firearms and ammunition for it.” It is envisaged that, by analogy with a driver’s license, a weapon owner’s license will be introduced. A technical passport is introduced for each unit of weapon, in which information about the owner and the serial number of the weapon is indicated.
Also on the agenda today is the bill № 3427 on amendments to the law on advertising to combat discrimination on the grounds of sex.
In the second reading, people’s deputies will consider the bill № 3048 on the establishment of alternative jurisdiction over cases whose participants live in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
Another piece of legislation to be considered in the second reading, № 0958, is to prevent excessive pressure on businesses.
