“The tourist season in Bulgaria begins on May 1. The decision was agreed with the health authorities and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,” the ministry said, quoting Nikolova.
According to the official, there will be clear rules and measures. The order of March 15 must approve measures relating to places to live, places to eat and entertain, and which will be in force during the 2021 season.
She added that guests from neighboring countries, such as Romania, are also waiting for the Easter holidays in Bulgaria. She also explained that the requirements for tourists to enter the country have been developed and agreed with the health authorities. “Next week, the EU will decide on a so-called ‘Health Certificate’ for vaccination, and the Bulgarian government supports this position,” she said.
“After the meeting, which we held with all representatives of tour operators and the entire industry, we will provide safe green corridors for all tourists who want to visit the country,” said Health Minister Kostadin Angelov. According to him, the most important thing is the country’s participation in the initiative of the so-called “green certificates” for travel, which guarantees every tourist who wants to visit the country, 3 opportunities. They must be vaccinated, relapse, and have antibodies or have a negative PCR test, the minister said.
The rules of entry into Turkey will change from March 15. From now on, people coming to Turkey from abroad will have to fill in entry forms in electronic format. Previously, these questionnaires were filled out on paper at passport control desks.
In the questionnaire, those who enter must indicate their basic data and the address at which they will live in Turkey.
Electronic questionnaires can be filled out on the website of the Ministry of Health of Turkey – register.health.gov.tr. The form must be completed 72 hours before departure. If the form is not completed or filled in incorrectly, fines may be imposed. In addition, entry may be denied. Persons traveling in transit may not complete the questionnaire.
