There is probably nothing tastier and simpler than traditional Ukrainian dumplings.

Cooking this dish does not require much time and ingredients. And it turns out very tasty and nutritious.
Ingredients:
milk – 0.5 cups
semolina – 2 tbsp. spoons
butter – 1 tbsp. spoon
eggs – 2 pcs.
hard cheese – 50 g
cream – 4 tbsp. spoons
salt – to taste
Preparation:
Pour the milk into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Carefully add semolina to boiling milk and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly with a spoon. Remove the prepared porridge from the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
Grate hard cheese on a large grater and add to porridge. Beat the eggs and also add to the porridge. Add salt. Mix everything well so that the mass becomes homogeneous and the cheese melts.
With a teaspoon, knead the dough and form dumplings. Boil them in boiling and slightly salted water. Ready those dumplings that float to the surface. Get them with a skimmer.
Serve cheese dumplings best hot with butter and sour cream.
