One of the main factors that affect our well-being is food. We are what we eat, that is a fact. Food gives us energy for life. To get the right energy, you need to eat well and get all the necessary vitamins and trace elements.

Drink a cup of coffee instead of breakfast
Of course, we don’t always wake up hungry. This is perfectly normal. Maybe you had a hearty dinner. You may never be hungry in the morning. Or you overslept and you don’t have time to eat. One way or another, having breakfast with a cup of coffee, you do not charge your body with energy for the day ahead. Yes, coffee invigorates someone, but the effect does not last long.
Make a diet for the day, based on calorie counting
This approach only makes sense if you are aware of which foods benefit the body and which are harmful. For example, for 1500 kcal a day you can 3 times a full meal to eat quality healthy meals and even leave room for a snack or dessert. For example, for breakfast – couscous porridge with pumpkin, for lunch – pasta with chicken, spinach, and parmesan, for dinner – beef with walnut sauce and baked vegetables. And you can eat a pack of chips and a burger, drinking it all in a circle. The difference is obvious: in the first case, the body is saturated with nutrients, in the second – fats and dyes.
You torment yourself with proper nutrition
In addition to the fact that the food should be healthy, it should be delicious! If you search the Internet for recipes for proper nutrition, you will first see a fresh chicken breast with boiled buckwheat, and as a snack, you will be offered apples with kefir. Of course, the benefits of these products are undeniable. But how long will you last, forcing yourself to eat tasteless dishes? Food causes the body to produce hormones of happiness, which play an important role in well-being. Think about how you will feel in the morning, knowing that another fresh breakfast is waiting for you.
You eat before bed
We do not recommend following the rule “do not eat after 18:00”, but there is some truth in it if you understand. Experts advise not to eat for 3-4 hours before bedtime. This is due to the fact that at night the body will not be able to rest in the presence of a full stomach. If you eat at night, your digestive system will work all night digesting food. It would seem that prevents you from sleeping? That’s right, nothing will stop you. But in the morning you will feel tired because the body has not rested.
Basically, but you don’t drink water!
It is not necessary to go into details about the benefits of water. Let’s just say that there are some rules for drinking water. First, the number. The average person needs to drink 1.5 liters a day. If you want to calculate the exact amount, we offer you the formula: 31 ml of water for each kilogram of weight for women and 35 ml for men.
Secondly, time. Drink water evenly throughout the day. If you are prone to edema, then in the evening a little less than in the morning and afternoon. And the first glass must be drunk immediately after waking up – so you wake up the body and start all the processes in it. Third, only water is taken into account. Tea, coffee, juices, and other beverages are not part of the daily norm of water consumption, so do not replace water with other liquids.
