This dish is not prepared very quickly, but it turns out very nutritious.

This casserole of cabbage and rice with mushrooms can greatly diversify your diet and be a great dinner for the family.
Ingredients:
white cabbage – 1 kg
milk – 2 glasses
rice – 0.5 cups
mushrooms – 50 g
sour cream – 0.5 cups
eggs – 2 pcs.
onion – 2 pcs.
breadcrumbs – 1 tbsp. l.
parsley greens
salt
ground black pepper
olive oil
Preparation:
Cut the onion (cubes or slices) and stew with some milk until soft.
Cut the onion into half rings and fry in a pan with mushrooms.
Rinse the rice well in cold water and bring to a boil with the rest of the milk. Mix with roasted mushrooms and finely chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Grease a baking dish (baking tray or glass jar) with olive oil. Now you need to layout the cabbage and mushrooms with rice in layers. First, spread the cabbage and flatten with a spoon, and then spread a layer of rice with mushrooms and so put in several layers, but the last one should be made of cabbage.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a fork and pour them over the dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs (optionally grated hard cheese).
Place the dish in a preheated 200-degree oven for 30 minutes.
Cut the finished dish into portions and serve with sour cream.
