If you or your loved ones for some reason do not eat yeast dough, you can make Easter cakes without yeast. Try to bake Easter cake according to our recipe.
Ingredients:
400 g of flour
60 g of butter
300 ml of milk
2 eggs
1 cl. sugar
½ tsp. soda
½ cl. almonds
½ cl. candied fruit
4 st. l. lemon juice
lemon zest
vanillin
Grate butter with egg yolks and sugar, pouring lemon juice drop by drop. Add flour, milk, vanilla, zest, chopped almonds, candied fruit. Mix everything and at the very end put soda and whipped proteins. As soon as soda and proteins appeared in the dough, it is impossible to mix it intensively and for a long time. Bake at 180-200 ° C for 40-50 minutes.
