In Ukraine, 2.09 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have already been recorded, an increase of 24.6 per day on May 4, which is slightly more than the day before. Healed about three times more per day than sick. This was reported by the Minister of Health Maxim Stepanov on Facebook.

In Ukraine for the past 24hrs, 2,576 people were diagnosed with coronavirus, including 103 children and 30 health workers. 7,728 Ukrainians recovered. Another 1,671 people were hospitalized.
Over the past 24 hours, 161 patients with coronavirus died from the disease, as a result of which the total number of deaths in the country increased to 45,000.
Most new patients were found in Kharkiv (405), Donetsk (287), Odesa (216), Dnipropetrovsk (213), and Cherkasy (177) regions.
During the whole pandemic in Ukraine, 2,090,986 COVID cases were detected, 1,697,358 patients recovered, and 45,000 people died.
According to the National Security and Defense Council, Ukraine ranks 16th in the world in the number of patients and 18th in the number of deaths from coronavirus.

According to Worldometer, a resource that monitors the situation with the coronavirus in the world, Ukraine ranks 16th in distribution and 18th in the number of deaths from COVID-19.
