The vaccination should be done within three months before arriving in Thailand. It is still necessary to present a negative Kurna virus test certificate, which is taken no later than 72 hours before departure.
The head of the Thai Ministry of Health, Anotin Charnverrankul, explained that tourists who do not have a vaccination certificate but have tested negative for Coronavirus will be isolated for 10 days. The new rules will take effect in April.
Media reported last week that Thai authorities were planning to present a plan to lift the mandatory quarantine of visitors who were vaccinated against the Coronavirus.
