The Ministry of Health approved new epidemic control measures in educational institutions for the quarantine period in relation to the spread of COVID-19.
The relevant decision was signed by Viktor Lyashko, chief governmental health doctor of Ukraine.

The document defines the responsibilities of the entities responsible for arranging and maintaining educational institutions, taking into account the need to ensure adequate measures to combat the epidemic aimed at preventing the complexity of the epidemiological situation.
The document applies to institutions of higher education, non-enrolled higher education, general secondary education, vocational and vocational education.
The new version of the decision to regulate epidemic control measures in educational institutions contains the requirements for organizing the educational process imposed on heads and employees of educational institutions during the quarantine period.
In addition, the document specifies requirements for organizing food in educational institutions, requirements for transportation that transport children and workers, as well as requirements for processing personal protective equipment.
The previous decision of the Ministry of Health regarding measures to combat the epidemic in educational institutions, which was adopted on the eve of the beginning of the school year, was declared invalid.
