After three weeks of nationwide anti-government protests, residents of Colombia’s third-largest city, Cali, say they can’t get gas and some food. The BBC writes about it.

Protesters blocked some major access roads to the city, and delivery was disrupted.
Kali was the site of the worst clashes between protesters and security forces. At least 42 people were killed during the protests.
As food and medicine arrive in the city after a series of “humanitarian corridors” were set up last week, disruptions have been serious.
Protests against tax reform continue in Colombia. Marches across the country were accompanied by violence, and 24 people were killed, mostly demonstrators. International organizations have warned against excessive use of force by police. More than 80 people who took part in the protests in Colombia are listed as missing.
In Bogota, a group of hundreds of demonstrators, mostly young people, periodically blocked the main road in the north of the city, encouraging stopped cars to signal for support.
