We offer to enrich the taste range, adding to it fresh notes of the first soil greens, aroma, and light sharpness of garlic, and velvety creamy taste of sour cream.

Ingredients:
1 kg of new potatoes
250 g cream
50 g of butter
3 cloves garlic
a bunch of dills
salt
Preparation:
Wash the new potatoes and peel them.
Peeled potatoes pour water, bring to a boil, salt and cook under the lid over medium heat until cooked.
Drain the boiled potatoes and dry slightly, holding the pan without a lid on low heat for about 30-45 seconds.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, place the potatoes on it and fry it over medium heat until ruddy crust.
Chop dill and garlic, combine with sour cream, add a little salt and mix well.
Pour sour cream sauce over potatoes, mix gently and simmer for no more than 5 minutes.
On a side note
New potatoes in a sour cream sauce with herbs and garlic can be served as a side dish to meat or fish or as a stand-alone dish with a salad of fresh vegetables or spring greens.
Cook small and medium potatoes whole, large – cut into several pieces depending on its size.
