The Child Development project offers parents, educators, and teachers thirty-eight original tasks for the development of introspection skills, as well as analytical, logical, creative thinking, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and more.

The implementation of the proposed tasks will contribute to the formation of children’s positive attitudes towards themselves and their environment, the education of self-confidence, and their educational and communicative capabilities, which is an important guarantee of the comprehensive development of the child.
I-statement: cultivate responsibility. This task will help the child to increase the level of awareness of their actions and their consequences, learn to formulate responsible self-statements. By completing tasks, the child will develop reading skills, emotional intelligence, independent thinking, and fine motor skills.
My morning before school: learning to plan. This task will help the child learn to plan his morning during the five-day school week, enrich his vocabulary and develop reading skills, consolidate knowledge of the days of the week and routine activities.
Keys to a good mood: write about yourself. This task will promote the child’s self-knowledge, the development of emotional intelligence. In the process of completing the task, the child will learn to recognize their emotions and the emotions of others, to explain the reaction to life events.
We count and draw emoticons with different emotions. This task will promote the development of the emotional intelligence and mathematical competence of the child. The child is asked to draw ten emoticons. In the process of completing the task, the child will learn to recognize the emotions of the interlocutor and explain their own reaction to life events.
What do I like? This set of tasks will help the child learn to express their preferences in writing, to explain the reasons for their choice. In each task, the child needs to be explained why he or she likes something or someone.
Range of questions: let’s learn about each other. This task will help the child learn more about their interlocutors, to develop reading and adding skills. The task promotes the development of emotional intelligence, sociability, imagination.
Let’s draw our big dream. This task will help the child to define their own dreams and draw the most significant in the picture (according to the child). After thinking, the child should choose the dream that inspires him the most, and then draw this dream in the field provided.
Rules in pictures: we learn to cooperate. The proposed task will help the child gain experience of civic behavior and conscious choice of norms and patterns of behavior. The task will encourage the child to think about what the rules are and why people follow them.
Magic phrases: we learn to provide verbal support. This task will help the child develop emotional intelligence and understand how speech can affect other people. The child will enrich his vocabulary, learn to communicate and express support, as well as react less to negative statements of other people.
Portrait in the rays: we know ourselves and our loved ones. This task will promote the development of emotional intelligence, speech culture of the child, awareness of individuality, dignity, and uniqueness of each person. The child is asked to think about their personal traits and qualities. Characteristic words should be written in the sun.
My time: we learn to plan. The task is focused on the development of the child’s ability to plan their own activities, to rationally allocate time, to understand why it is necessary to know the exact time, to be punctual at school and at home.
Determine the signs of excitement. This task is another step towards self-study. It will help the child learn to be aware of the state of excitement, to draw conclusions about what reactions in the body are characteristic of him. In this way, the child will develop emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
Where I live: we draw our district. This task will promote the development of attention and observation of the child during the walk, teach him/her to better navigate in their area, to pay attention to objects that are close to home.
My responsible steps. Analyze your day. This task will help the child to develop responsibility, the ability to organize and plan work, make decisions. By completing tasks, the child will join the useful affairs of the family, learn to make responsible choices, be successful.
Define and increase self-esteem. This task will help the child to determine the level of self-esteem and increase the level of self-awareness. The task contains 15 statements concerning attitudes, criticism, and mistakes. It will help to develop the child’s emotional intelligence and ability to self-reflection, as well as writing skills.
My personal information: navigate in your area. This task will help the child to learn important personal information, in particular, home address, phone number, and phone numbers of their parents, to develop writing skills.
Always, sometimes, never: we learn to express feelings. This task will contribute to the formation of the personal and evaluative competence of the child, the development of the ability to establish causal, semantic connections between life events and their experiences.
Box of happiness. What brings us pleasure? This task will help to form the child’s idea of emotions, the development of the ability to think positively. Performing tasks, the child will learn to carry out emotional introspection, which will form emotional competence and a positive worldview.
You are a star! We learn to plan. This task will help the child to develop skills of work culture, the ability to organize and plan work, rationally allocate time, make decisions. By summarizing his work every day and painting the stars at the bottom of the page, the child can become a “star” and receive a reward.
Self-presentation “Nine facts about me”. This task will promote the development of emotional intelligence of the child, a sense of self-acceptance, awareness of their individuality. By completing the task, the child will learn to express their thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and positions.
Emotional thermometer: measure the level of feelings. This task will help to form the child’s idea of basic emotions and feelings, the development of emotional intelligence. This task will develop the child’s interest in emotional experiences, will form a value attitude towards themselves.
Backpack “Interesting about me”. This task will promote the development of one’s own emotional intelligence, speech culture of the child, enrichment of vocabulary. This task will help the child to analyze himself, his strengths and preferences, foster confidence in themselves and their abilities, personal growth.
We write down positive thoughts. This task will help the child to better understand their emotional state and focus on positive thoughts. The child is offered five clouds, in each of which you need to write down one thought, which helps maintain a good mood.
Waterfall of kindness: we do good deeds. This task will strengthen the child’s motivation to do good deeds, will cultivate in him the desire to help others and kindness. It will help the child to feel the significance of their actions for others, to become more open and confident.
My week: learning to plan things. This task will help the child learn to plan their time and important things, set daily goals and achieve them, as well as evaluate the work done. The task is a glider, thanks to which the child will learn purposefulness and responsibility.
We learn to take good care of ourselves. This task will promote the development of the child’s self-awareness, teach him to take care of himself, taking into account the needs of his body, mind, and soul, as well as indirectly affect the development of self-esteem and awareness of its significance and value as a unique and unique personality.
We analyze our positive experiences. This task offers the child to remember significant situations in life, during which she felt positive important qualities. The task will help the child to become wiser and kinder.
We reveal the facets of our personality. This task encourages the child to analyze the unique and inimitable features of his own personality, to pay attention to what brings him real joy, to look at himself with his own eyes and the eyes of others.
“Causes of anger”: we train emotional intelligence. This task will help the child to better understand himself and the reasons that cause him such a powerful and even sometimes dangerous negative emotion as anger. By completing the task, the child will be able to train emotional intelligence and work on self-regulation skills.
Overcome anxiety constructively. This task offers the child a constructive approach to overcoming anxiety. Thanks to him, she will be able to analyze the reasons that make her worried, and her further actions that will help to resolve a stressful situation and, accordingly, calm down.
“Desires and needs”: we train intelligence. This task will help the child to think about what is really important in life and without which the full existence of man is impossible, as well as the many desires that arise every day, but most have dubious reasons for satisfaction, ie is just a whim or an instantaneous movement of the soul.
We study the strengths of our personalities. This task will help the child to analyze himself, his strengths, and unique traits, to understand that in his thoughts, manifestations and actions is something that is worthy of respect, as well as able to serve as a guarantee of personal growth. By completing the task, the child will be able to increase self-esteem and gain self-respect.
My own guide “My emotions and feelings”. This set of tasks will promote the development of the emotional intelligence of the child. It allows you to create your own manual, each page of which will be devoted to a particular emotion or feeling. Tasks have specific wording to help the child better understand the material.
My goals: we learn to plan. This task will help the child learn to set current goals, carefully plan their achievements, learn to see in advance the benefits (good consequences) that can be obtained in the case of a positive result.
Analyze yourself: five positive qualities (boy). This task will help the child to look at himself from a positive side, to know himself as a person worthy of respect and endowed with certain features that he can use for his own development.

Thanks to the task, the child will learn to respect himself and believe in his own strength, because, after carefully analyzing himself, he will be able to identify those qualities that will serve as a good foundation for high self-esteem – the key to success and determination.
Alarm scale. This task is designed to help the child outline for himself everything that can cause him anxiety of varying degrees. Knowing what events, situations, aspects of communication can bring the child out of a state of rest, will allow him to better understand himself and the tactics of further behavior.
Anger scale. This task is designed to help the child get to know himself better, his attitude to various manifestations and behavior of other people or events, situations, as well as to understand the causes of negative emotions. The task will also help parents better understand their children.
