Gentle and springy, airy, and melt in your mouth homemade marshmallows are sure to please you! There are no invert syrup and other complex components in the recipe, only simple and affordable products from which it is very easy to prepare sweets. Try the homemade marshmallow (souffle) recipe as soon as possible!

Ingredients:
gelatin – 10 g;
water – 60 ml. + 60 ml;
sugar – 220 g;
vanilla sugar – 5 g;
salt – a pinch,
corn starch – 20 g;
powdered sugar – 20 gr.
Preparation:
1. Gelatin pour 60 ml of water, leave to swell. As soon as the gelatin swells, drown it in a water bath or in the microwave, but do not overheat.
2. Lubricate the prepared form with vegetable oil, cover with cling film, lubricate again with oil.
3. In a saucepan, mix sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Pour 60 ml of water, mix, put on low heat and wait for the complete dissolution of sugar.
4. As soon as the big bubbles appear, the syrup is ready.
5. Beat the melted gelatin with a mixer until white. Then pour a thin stream of sugar syrup into the gelatin, continuing to beat. Beat until fluffy and white (about 8-10 minutes).
6. Transfer the mass into a mold, cover with plastic wrap and send in the refrigerator for 6 hours (you can overnight).
7. Mix cornstarch and powdered sugar. Remove the marshmallows from the refrigerator, cut them into pieces, and roll in starch and powder.
