Cauliflower, though distant, but still a relative of the more familiar to us white cabbage, but, unlike our favorite, it is much more useful.

If we compare these two types of cabbage, it should be noted that cauliflower contains twice as much protein as white cabbage, and, strange as it may sound, it has 3 times more vitamin C. In addition, it is rich in vitamins A, PP, H, as well as group B.
The benefits of cauliflower are evidenced by the presence of a large amount of potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, and magnesium necessary for our body.
All this suggests that cauliflower should be included in the daily diet.
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
200 g of cheese
200 g cream
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic
butter
Provencal herbs
ground black pepper
salt
Preparation:
Wash cauliflower, cut into inflorescences, and boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes, then discard in a colander and lightly dry.
Combine eggs with sour cream, salt, pepper, add a third of the amount of grated cheese, garlic passed through a press, Provencal herbs, and beat lightly.
Put the prepared cauliflower in a form greased with butter, pour the egg-sour cream mixture, shake the surface with grated cheese and bake for about 15 minutes at 180-200 ° C until a ruddy crust.
On a side note:
Cauliflower baked with cheese is a universal dish. It can be served with meat, poultry, or on its own.
By adding pieces of boiled or lightly fried chicken fillet to cauliflower before baking, you will prepare a full hearty lunch.
