Austria and the Netherlands have allowed vaccinated Ukrainians to enter for tourist purposes since July 1.

Quarantined entry will be allowed to holders of a COVID full vaccination certificate if the second dose required for full immunization has been made more than 14 days before entry.
Conditions of entry into Austria
Ukrainians will be able to get to Austria provided they have a full vaccination, made at least 14 days before the trip and no later than 270 days.
Entry without prior registration and quarantine is possible with full vaccines: Comirnaty (INN) from BioNtech / Pfizer; Vaxzevria COVID-19 Vaccine; AstraZeneca Covishield from Serum Institute of India; COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen from Johnson & Johnson; mRNA-1273 Covid-19 Vaccine from Moderna; Sinopharm / BIBP SARS – CoV-2 Vaccine (Vero Cell), Inactivated, Sinovac.
For unvaccinated persons, entry with registration and quarantine is provided: after entry, it is necessary to go for a 10-week quarantine, which can be terminated if a negative test result, but not earlier than the 5th day after entry.
Conditions of entry into the Netherlands
The Netherlands will admit tourists who have received a full course of one of the following vaccines: Pfizer / BioNTech (Comirnaty), Astra Zeneca EU (Vaxzevria), Johnson & Johnson (Janssen), Moderna (Spikevax), Astra Zeneca-SK Bio (Vaxzevria), Serum Institute of India (Covishield), Sinopharm BIBP, Sinovac.
The Netherlands also accepts certificates issued under the European Digital Certificate COVID (DCC) and other vaccination certificates COVID-19. Read more here.
Vaccination against coronavirus in Ukraine
The vaccination campaign started in Ukraine on February 24. Vaccination began with the vaccine CoviShield (AstraZeneca), produced under license in India at the Institute of Serum. In late March, India suspended exports of the CoviShield vaccine due to high domestic demand. Under the contract, Ukraine is to receive another 1.5 million doses of the CoviShield vaccine. Only permission from the Indian government is expected.
