Our country is catastrophically short of judges. As of the beginning of July, there are about 2,500 vacancies in domestic courts.

Despite the fact that there is a real shortage of judges, there are enough lawyers in Ukraine who could solve this problem. However, so far lawyers are in no hurry to work as judges.
In 2021 to judges added to a pension of 9 thousand hryvnias, while to military only 67. Data of the Pension fund of Ukraine testify to it.
Note that in Ukraine, lawyers want to be allowed to use traumatic weapons
