The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at a meeting on Wednesday, November 17, plans to consider a number of draft resolutions, in particular, on the purchase of 535 oxygen concentrators for health care facilities in Donetsk region and the establishment of minimum retail prices for plastic bags .
In general, a number of issues are on the agenda of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Therefore, in particular, the government plans to consider a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on the allocation of funds to ensure the implementation of certain measures aimed at preventing the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and combating its consequences.
The draft act proposes to distribute the budget allocations provided to the Ministry of Finance in the special fund of the state budget under the program 3511380 “Measures related to the fight against acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and its consequences”, by transferring to the Ministry health care budget allocations in the amount of UAH 33,481 thousand for the purchase of goods, works and services necessary for the provision of medical care to patients with COVID-19 in Donetsk and Odessa regions, and increase the special fund of the state budget development program 2311500 “Subvention from the state budget to local budgets to support individual institutions and activities in the health care system” in the amount of UAH 33,481 thousand, of which:
UAH 24,800,000 to ensure the purchase of oxygen concentrators for health care facilities that provide primary health care to patients in the Donetsk region in the amount of 535 units
UAH 8,681 thousand for the completion of overhaul of the premises of the infectious diseases department, purchase of medical equipment and facilities for the municipal non-profit enterprise “Ananyivska Multidisciplinary City Hospital of Ananyivka City Council”, of which UAH 1,820 thousand for the completion of overhaul and UAH 6,861 thousand for purchase of medical equipment and facilities.
Officials will also consider the Cabinet’s project to set minimum retail prices for plastic bags. The draft resolution provides for the establishment of minimum retail prices for plastic bags in the form of sleeves, with a bottom and an open neck with walls over 50 micrometers thick in the following sizes, hryvnias for one package with VAT:
2.00 – without handles (without side folds)
2.50 – without handles (with side folds), with handles (without side folds)
3.00 – with handles (with side folds)
Other questions
The Government is going to consider draft resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers:
on liquidation of the State Concern “Ukrtorf” and recognition of some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers as invalid;
on approval of the agreement between Ukraine and Italy on mutual recognition and exchange of driver’s licenses;
on approval of the list of public roads of state importance.
In addition, the government will consider draft orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
on approval of the Strategy for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitization of the Public Financial Management System for the period up to 2025 and approval of the action plan for its implementation;
on approval of the action plan for the celebration of the International Volunteer Day in 2021.
