Now researchers have analyzed the health of 1,429 men – veterans of hostilities and about 70 thousand women – nurses. It turned out that those who thought positively from a young age, remained optimistic at 85 years old. At the same time, their quality of life in old age was higher, and life expectancy was 11-15% longer than that of pessimists.
However, scientists note that such a seemingly simple way to prolong life is not available to everyone. Mankind tends to complain about life and despair, and this leaves an imprint on the work of the whole organism.
Psychologists advise to fill the whole day with things, so that there is simply no time left for thoughts about troubles.
