New anti-record: 4.01 million cases of COVID-19 in Ukraine, 37,351 per day
In total, 4,017,961 million patients with coronavirus have been registered in Ukraine. During the past 24hrs, on January 28, 37,351 new cases of infection were detected.

On September 13, the government imposed new quarantine rules. They came into force in a week – on September 20. The main feature of the new rules is that vaccinated people with a COVID certificate are offered not to be subject to certain restrictions of the “red” zone.
On September 20, the government extended the quarantine until the new year. Ukraine has been in the “yellow” quarantine zone since September 23. Subsequently, 18 oblasts and Kyiv joined the “red” zone.
On December 6, new quarantine rules came into force, which tighten restrictions in the “yellow” areas: attendance at public events, cinemas, theaters, catering and gyms are possible only if 100% of teams and visitors have at least one dose of vaccination, a negative test or a certificate of recovery.
On December 15, quarantine in Ukraine was extended until April.
Since December 30, all oblasts have been in the “yellow” zone.
On January 20, the Ministry of Health noted a new COVID outbreak with an epicenter in western Ukraine.
On January 24, the Ivano-Frankivsk region moved to the “red” zone. Rivne region joined it on January 27.
