Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is defeated in Ukraine, and the Russian Federation is trying to use winter as a weapon. This was stated by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg at the summit of NATO foreign ministers in Bucharest .
Stoltenberg said that Ukraine needs to continue supplying weapons so that Russia does not win during a difficult winter.
