Russia will not be able to launch missile attacks on Ukraine indefinitely, because the stockpile of missiles is running out, and the ability to manufacture new ones in Russia is decreasing. EU Ambassador to Ukraine Matti Maasikas said this in an interview for the Estonian publication Postimees .

“Rocket attacks cannot continue indefinitely. And they themselves will not want to buy them from “highly developed countries” such as North Korea. Russia is already almost faced with the question of how much it is worth to climb into its “NZ” and what they will achieve with endless shelling.
Secondly, sanctions against Russia will be a very important factor. The point here is not only how they affect the entire economy in general, but primarily the defense industry. Russia cannot obtain many components, and therefore, it will not be able to produce high-tech weapons. The ability to produce technological things in Russia is falling, and the ability to wage war is also falling,” Maasikas said.
