In 2021, the increase in pensions will affect about 10 million retirees. This will happen in 5 stages. Retirees with full insurance experience will receive the most significant allowance.
It is noted that the most protected will be retirees who have full insurance experience.
Thus, for persons over 65 years of age with insurance experience of 30 years (women) and 35 years (men), the minimum pension payment will increase by UAH 500 during 2021, and they will receive at least UAH 2,600.
The program of surcharges for pensioners over 80 years of age with 20/25 years of insurance experience will also continue, and the program for pensioners over 75 years of age with a full length of service will begin.
The Ministry of Social Policy has compiled an information calendar of pension increases. The calendar shows the dates of indexation of pensions and recalculation of pensions for working pensioners.
