Ingredients:
2 mackerel;
2 bulbs;
0.5 lemons;
coriander;
sweet pepper peas;
black pepper peas;
salt.
Preparation:
Defrost the mackerel, cut off the fins and tail, and gut, removing the black film from the inner surface of the abdomen.
Wash the prepared carcasses, dry with a paper towel, rub with salt and freshly ground peppers and coriander.
Cut the onion into half rings and the lemon into halves.
Half the amount of onion and lemon stuffed with mackerel.
On a piece of foil layout the remaining part of the onion, fish on it and cover it with onions. Join the edges of the foil and wrap tightly around the mackerel.
Bake on charcoal, which barely smolders, for about half an hour, turning several times.
