When you are tired of vegetables and the usual broths, try to cook this fragrant fish soup. The dish is prepared simply, but you need to carefully strain the broth several times. We recommend serving this soup with croutons and sprinkled with herbs.

Ingredients:
pike perch – 500 g
smaller fish (perch, sandpiper, or ruff) – 500 g
potatoes – 500 g
water – 1.5 liters
onion – 1 pc.
bay leaf – 3-4 pcs.
sweet and black pepper peas
green
salt
Preparation:
In order for this fish soup to be delicious, you need to use several types of fish. It is best to combine pike perch and another small, such as perch.
Peel the fish, separate the meat from the bones. Only bones will be needed for the fish broth. So put them in a saucepan and fill with water. 1.5 liters of water are used per 1 kg of fish.
Put everything on the fire and cook for 1 hour.
After an hour, add the onion, bay leaf, pepper, pepper and continue to cook on low heat for another 30 minutes.
Strain the broth through a sieve. It is best to do this several times to make sure that there are no bones left in it.
Add to the broth the potatoes and fish meat that were separated earlier and cook the soup until the fish is ready. Do not stir during cooking.
Chop greens, such as parsley or dill, and sprinkle with soup.
