“Numerous studies show that unsaturated fats improve the quality of the skin, as well as reduce the number and depth of wrinkles,” – said experts.
Experts note that especially a lot of unsaturated fats are contained in unrefined cold-pressed olive oil. They explained that its use supports energy metabolism, provides nutrition to all cells of the body. High energy levels are one of the characteristic parameters of youth.
Also, experts say, to prolong youth help products that provide the body with vegetable fats, fat-soluble vitamins. Avocados and nuts are ideal in this sense.
Speaking of other products that help maintain and prolong youth, experts have advised adding to the diet citrus fruits, berries, sauerkraut, dark chocolate.
