They look like cutlets, but the taste is markedly different – much juicier, tenderer, and tastier. Such cutlets are called “cabbage”.

Ingredients:
Cabbage – 500 g;
Minced meat (pork) – 600 g;
Egg – 1 piece;
Onions – 1 piece;
Garlic clove – 1-2 pieces;
Breadcrumbs – 100 g;
Salt – 1 tsp .;
Black pepper to taste;
Bread for breading;
Vegetable oil for frying;
Stewing water – 50 ml (3.5 tbsp. L.).
Preparation:
Cabbage and onion cut and send in a blender. The most delicious cabbages come from young cabbage.
Transfer to a bowl, where also send minced meat, egg, salt, and pepper, grated garlic. Stir, add breadcrumbs, mix thoroughly again.
Form cutlets, roll in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown for 2-3 minutes.
Then transfer the fried cabbage to a saucepan, add 50 ml of water, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
It can be served even without a side dish, just with vegetables. It’s very, very tasty!
