Ingredients:
apricots (or peaches) – 700 g;
sugar – 250 g;
butter – 180 g;
eggs – 3 pieces;
baking powder – 10 g;
flour – 500 g.
Preparation:
From the beginning, take the sugar and add melted butter to it and grind until smooth. Then add the eggs and mix with a whisk. Now send the same flour and baking powder. Knead the dough with a spatula.
Separate two-thirds and place in a baking dish. Distribute the dough evenly on the bottom and make punctures with a fork. Wash the apricots, separate them from the stones, and cut them into large pieces. Layout in a form and level.
Sprinkle the remaining part of the dough generously with flour and roll out into a layer, cut it into strips and make a mesh on the cake.
Bake at 180 ° C for 40-45 minutes.
The finished cake is cooled and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Apricots can be replaced with peaches, plums, or any other fruit.
