Smartphone users have complained about problems with the devices on the official Apple forum and on social networks. According to them, the iPhone began to periodically lose contact with the cellular operator, the message “No network” began to appear on the screen. In this case, it is not possible to make a voice call, send an SMS, or access the Internet via a cellular network.
Owners of Apple smartphones have noticed that the problem that breaks the network arose after installing the iOS 14.7.1 update on the device. “After updating the iPhone 11 to iOS 14.7.1, the signal disappeared. The operator was not found, “said one of the users. “I reset the network settings, turned off the smartphone – in vain. My phone is no longer a “phone,” said another Apple forum visitor. Judging by the appeals, the problem affects both current smartphones and old devices, such as iPhone 6s or iPhone 7.
The Apple website describes the steps to take if you lose your network on your iPhone. It is recommended that you first try to switch the cellular data transfer on and off, then restart the device, remove and insert the SIM card back into the phone. As a last resort, you can try to reset your network settings or contact your service provider.
