It is no secret that nutrition should be balanced. This means that the daily menu should include vegetables and fruits, which supply most of the vitamins, as well as meat as the main source of protein. Do not forget about the fats, especially unsaturated, contained in oils.

The proposed recipe for bell pepper salad with pork satisfies all the requirements of proper nutrition because its composition is balanced by all ingredients.
Ingredients:
3 pods of bell pepper;
200 g of pork
100 g of olives
1 sprig of basil
50 ml of olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons of French mustard
ground black pepper
salt
Preparation:
Combine olive oil with lemon juice, add mustard, salt, pepper and beat until smooth.
Peel the bell peppers from the seeds and stalks and cut them into thin strips. In the same way to cut pork with a straw, and olives – rings.
Combine the prepared peppers, boiled pork, and olives, mix gently, put in a salad bowl, pour the dressing and decorate with basil leaves.
On a side note:
Pork can be replaced with ham, boiled meat, or tongue.
To make the salad look more aesthetic, use bell peppers of different colors: red, yellow, and green.
