UNN journalists found out that at least three companies of the wanted and suspected Ruslan Tarpan have as their founders a citizen of Russia – Ramil Shaidullin. These are the Grand Hotel, the Compass Project and the Russova Quarter.
When asked whether they would be subject to confiscation with the entry into force of the Law “On Basic Principles of Compulsory Seizure in Ukraine of Objects of Ownership of the Russian Federation and Its Residents”, NAPC and the prosecutor’s office answered differently.
